Welcome to Charisma+2! We are so excited to have you interested in becoming a part of the premiere gamer modeling agency in the world. Growing from only 4 models to over over 150, including a few outside the US, we have come a long way. We have major clients like Microsoft, 2K, id, Valve, and Southpeak with out talent working on titles ranging from Doom4, Bioshock2, Borderlands, Starcraft2, Duke Nukem, Rage, QuakeLive, Nickelodeon Fit, Nocturne, DragonBallZ, in promotions, VO, MoCap and Print just to mention a few. We are growing exponentially every year in talet and clients. It is for this growth and greatness, we at Charisma+2 remain grateful in our service to both clients and talent.

We have a few guidelines here in order to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. The rules are simple: 1) No jerks tolerated. This includes no trash talking or bad mouthing other models, gamers, developers, or anyone for that matter. 2) Be professional. When hired for a gig, common professionalism will be expected such as being on time, looking like the pictures you were hired from, and maintaining a professional attitude.

Communication Guidelines: 1) You must supply an email address that you check frequently. You must reply in a timely manner, preferably the same day. You must give current phone and contact information and respond in a timely fashion. 2) Regardless of the recipient of your emails, label all attachments with the name of the person/company receiving it AND your name AND what it is. Example: C+2 Jane Smith W9.jpg Email attachments labeled “ID” or “W9″ in an agency of over 200 people is nigh impossible to find or sort. Please do not make it as easy as possible for us to represent you. 3) Do not communicate directly with the client unless they have offerred and have asked you to on personal reasons. All work related communications should be done through C+2. Do not initiate conversation with clients in higher rank than yourself (which is almost everyone since you are on a short term contract labor status). It reflects poorly on you and the agency for not knowing your position. All communications concerning anything work related are to go through your agent (Yvonna). Again this maintains you in high regard for being a professional model. We have been fortunate enough to have a number of models hired by studios and publishers because of the high integrity we have fought hard to obtain.

Magazine: We have an absolutely gorgeous, flip style online magazine with well written articles by our beautiful Gamer Models. Starting in 2012, everyone’s blog will automatically get loaded onto the Cplus2magazine.com site. At the end of the month (maybe bi-monthly for a bit), Isis will be collecting the best pieces to be made into a flip magazine for the archives. You will also need to follow the Article Submission Handbook for help in how to present your pieces for consideration.

Legal Guidelines before being considered for any gaming/tech/anime gig or job: 1) Read your Charisma+2/ Gamer Model Exclusive Contract and have it signed and received by the agency * As of April 2012, we have retracted the necessity for exclusivity to gaming events- This won’t last forever, so sign up now! 2) Deliver a current government issued ID 3) Deliver the completed page one of a W9. We do not use Fax machines. First choice is the attachment of these documents on the application page. Email is second choice. If not, please use the mailing address: Charisma+2 PO Box 600206 Dallas, TX 75360

Charisma+2 is proud to be able to provide talent who are gamers to the game developer and client community. Because the number of gamer models is significantly less than ordinary promo agencies, we require that all C+2 models give exclusivity in gaming/tech/and anime gigs. We welcome all of our talent to pursue all the modeling/talent gigs they desire in other fields with as many agents as they like. Our only exclusivity refers to the gaming/tech/anime fields mentioned. This also includes doing work for free. In essence, if a model chooses to work a convention or any gaming job for free, she is taking herself off the market for paying gigs, as well as stealing from her agent. Certain new faces would benefit from this sort of exposure and we consider that! We often encourage it, so just ask.

Charisma+2 does permit some free work for certain clients and a great deal of free work for non-profits when it does not coincide with an event. There are exceptions, so please check with yvonna@CharismaPlus2.com whenever you are approached about doing photos, working a booth, doing VO or MoCap, or promoting a gaming/tech/anime related product or service. Chances are, she has a relationship with them already and can work out something beneficial for all.
